Technical Summary:

The feature that is the foundation of the Dahle CleanTEC 41434''s design is the integrated CleanTEC air filtration system. CleanTEC improves air quality in the office by keeping the dust out of the air to provide a cleaner, healthier work environment. Up to 98% of the fine dust particles created during paper shredding are trapped using a 3 ply recyclable filter located directly above the cutting cylinders, collecting the dust at its source. The SmartPower Energy Management System has two stages; power consumption is reduced after 10 minutes of inactivity by switching to an idle sleep mode, and if the shredder is inactive for 30 minutes, power use is eliminated.

The CleanTEC 41434 is equipped with ESP - Electronic Sensing Protection - which "knows" how many sheets of paper are being fed. The dial illuminates green if under capacity, yellow if close to capacity, and red when capacity is exceeded. The automatic EvenFlow Lubricator drips oil slowly and continuously across the entire cutting mechanism. The cabinets are designed to dampen sound (none run louder than 55 decibels), so the shredder can be placed almost anywhere without being noisy and distracting. Cabinets have lockable swivel casters to allow for easy mobility. This high security cross cut shredder can shred 400-2,000 sheets per day (each sheet of paper is shredded into more than 15,500 particles), providing a complete package for data security.
