Bought a few weeks ago and used nearly daily since. Easy to use - and handy that the bin has to be just right before working. It Shreds 12 sheets, and its better & faster Good for office use and a fair price, so recommended this product.

It grinds up paper without a problem, many sheet at a time. I used it a lot for cards and CD's. It works great, but does heat up after a while.

Works quite well and its keep running like without trouble since when I had purchased this. It doesn’t jam, it takes 12 sheets of papers and gulps and shred perfectly without making of trouble of either. I am happy with this purchase!
