Just purchased this shredder about 2 weeks ago, I can say that it is much more powerful than the previous one I’ve ever used. It will eat whole unopened envelopes with out a problem. Shredder states that it will shred paper clips and credit cards but I have yet to try it. I'm extremely pleased with this product on this store.

This is the second Fellowes shredder I own. The first was a light weight one which was acceptable, but not up to my needs. This one is much better in all respects: it is quieter, stronger and has a larger capacity so you don't have to empty it constantly. A great buy from the great seller - Acedepot.com.
