This unique concept makes driving more comfortable and SAFER- because its smaller rotating panel can be precisely adjusted to block out ONLY the sun-No more holding your hand up to block the sun and see the traffic light!!! PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION: HD polyester sleeve holds our 2 panels. The panels are very lightweight but are thick, stiff fiber board- premium quality as used in picture framing. PANELS have a high quality dull finish. The color is very opaque black through its thickness. They will never warp, fade, or scratch like cheaper plastic will. The 2 attaching straps are HD polyester woven (as in duffle bags). Proper tight adjustment is needed to hold the sleeve & panels in place.
Make the sleeves tighter by taking all looseness out of straps, then lock the strap down with the HD Velcro. This is a very durable strap and adjustment method. Other competitor products use an elastic strap which could be too loose or too tight. After a year in the hot sun, the elastic will stretch and become totally useless. Our HD polyester straps with Velcro ends will last for many car lives.
NOTE: Our visor can mount in 4 different positions: 1&2) In front or behind your existing visor. 3&4) The panels can come out of sleeve, swap left and right ends, then slide it back in the sleeve. Now the little rotating panel will be at your left side. IF you have a MIRROR on your existing visor, we suggest placing our product behind the visor with the pivoting grommet to your left. Now our straps usually can be centered to STRADDLE THE MIRROR leaving it functional. One of our photos (#5), shows this in the lower left inset. Our visor fits all cars which have an existing visor at least 6 inch tall.( you should not purchase if your visor is less than 6 in. tall).
