It uses inexpensive, durable and paper-saving magnetic stripe/credit card style badges. Employee and department validation ensures accurate accounting of time. As a communication tool, the terminal allows your employees to view their worked hours for the pay period. Hospitality workers can enter tips for accurate accounting and record keeping. Ideal for companies with multiple locations, the PC400 can receive calls using its optional internal modem or initiate calls back to a host PC, thus eliminating the need for dedicated phone lines.
A large 4,500 transaction capacity and its internal 5 year lithium battery backup ensure that data is never lost. In remote locations, the PC400 can store week’s worth of data with ease. Employee and department validation ensures accurate accounting of time. Ideal for medium to large organizations.
