The 4000 recorder is a fast payroll processor that services up to 100 employees. This model automatically calculates time totals. It also features an automatic top card feed and alignment, which eliminates operator error.

Automatic top card feed - just drop the card into the slot and the clock will do the rest
Set up is less than one minute
No resetting necessary for short months , leap year & daylight savings
Can be programmed in regular time, military time and true military time (hours and 100th of hours) using selectable formats
Rounded time option: 5, 10, 15 minutes rule

30 day memory back-up will maintain time and setup should power fail

I have purchased three of these time recorders for our construction based company to use on job work sites. They have performed exceptionally well in the three years we have used them and I am purchasing two more recorders today. Even with the harsh conditions of construction we have never had an issue with these recorders and we have over hundreds of employees using them daily. We are still using the original ribbons that came across with this unit!

I have had my pyramid timeclock (Model 4000) since 2006 and I have not had single problem with it. Just now replacing the original ink that shipped with the product. I average around 30 employees and it really works GREAT!!!

This is the excellent product, I m using this product since 3 years without having a single complaint!! I’ve never had any problems with this product, the time changes automatically during daylight savings time change and you can’t beat the price! It works flawlessly, quality constructive, reliable performance, small foot print and very easy to use. It is easy to read with LARGE, illuminated Display!
