Easy programing enables you to input 5000 Price Look-Ups (PLUs) with 200 department and 20 clerks. The 240dx has a large 5-line by 24-character LCD front display with an additional 9-digit LED customer display at the rear of the unit. The Royal 240dx cash register's thermal printer is fast and quiet providing either a journal or receipt printout. Automatic Tax Computation enables you to program up to 4 tax rates including add-on, VAT and Canadian tax. Keeping track of your records is easy with the 240dx. Place an SD card into the built-in slot and print out a journal record using the built-in printer with line item details of all the day? transactions at the end of the day. Your SD card can store data for easy transfer of sales, programing and backup data to a PC or to another register. A built-in serial connector allows the 240dx to be linked to your PC.
