Had some issues getting it set up and learning to use it because it does so much but have called Sharp customer service twice for learning the instruction of the product and they were great. Great value for the money and getting easier everyday with use.

This really surprised me I was not expecting it to work as well as it did. It is real easy to program if you have a hard time programming it there are videos on youtube that show how to program it. It is really easy to use and is perfect for someone who needs a reliable easy to use register.

This Cash Register is well designed for small business and the retail stores, like mine it could be a little faster but overall its a perfect for our use. It only takes time initially when we are setting up programs for the first time, hardly like 30 mins but after applying the programs, it works fantastic.
