This item arrived late but not sellers fault. It was FedEx.Discovered FexEx with Green logo is different from FedEx with orange logo. If you order express-no problem. If ground then your order is always late because they are contracted out by FedEx. This was second time I had to go to FedEx office to pick up item that was late. Use a different shipper when possible. The product was new as stated.
