TimePilot PC is PC based time card software that uses a configuration of managers to track employees? hours and other data like company policies. Employees clock in using an ID number and the clock displays their name and total hours worked. Employers can then use the transaction manager to edit employee time cards by inserting punches, marking employees late or modifying the time card to show vacation or sick time. The Configuration Manager lets you set up your company policies and sort your employees according to user name, ID, department or shift. The InOut Manager displays who is clocked in or out, and the Transaction Repair function allows you to repair the current transaction database.
TimePilot PC creates employee reports where you can include information such as department, shift, sick hours, overtime and so on. The Summary Report shows hours worked, benefit hours used, pay rate and more. TimePilot will also create a tardy report and a current absentee report.
