DocuGem LO4063 Automatic Letter Opener
The DocuGem LO 4063 (3068) is a stand?alone fully automatic floor model letter opener. Opens up to 40,000 envelopes per hour in a variety of sizes up to a maximum 8 mm (1/3") thickness. This model features milling cutter technology which protects the contents from being cut or damaged. Removes from 0 to 3mm (1/8") of the envelope edge. The removed material is in the form of tiny chips, which are deposited in the waste bin. Creates a soft, feathered edge opening, which prevents paper cuts and gives easy access to the contents. Made of solid steel construction and sporting dual motors, this unit is built to handle large flats and envelopes.
Available optional accessories: Counter and inkjet printer with dater, timer, numbering, bitmaps, and addressing capabilities (with complete software).
