It shreds great and really easy to use. The waste bin of this product is huge and having large capacity so there is no need for removing the waste more often. The service of this company is hats off. The problems are solved fast and easily. I must recommend this and its little noise then I wanted actually.

This shredder is great from the day of purchased first for our IT office since now. This shredder is heavy duty. We use it in our office daily. Just need to make sure you keep it lubricated. There is an alert light to remind you to fill the oil reserve which is helpful.

This shredder is having adequate bin capacity, Doesn’t jam, Easy to Empty, Easy to use, Great power, Shreds quickly and its best use of this shredder is for confidential documents, Credit Card Shredding and more. On the positive side--the collection box in the bottom is much better then the rack we had on the last shredder. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
