HSM CM2606 Guillotine Cutter

The HSM CM2606 Guillotine Paper Cutter is a manual heavy duty cutter with a 10-1/4" cutting length that can cut up to 10 sheets at one time at a thickness of 0.03" each. It comes with a stable metal base plate with cm/inch, angle, and special format scales. The cutter handle is ergonomically designed for optimum application force. It is compact and handy and has manual paper clamping with a finger guard.
